RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT

(Consumers – B2C, EU)

This notice applies exclusively to consumers (natural persons).

The right of withdrawal does not apply to business customers (B2B).

1. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

2. Withdrawal period

The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

3. Exercise of the right of withdrawal

You must notify your withdrawal from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement by e-mail to:

Indicate in your message:

your name and surname,

order number,

date of receipt of the goods,

a clear statement that you are withdrawing from the contract.

4. Return of goods

You must return the goods no later than 14 days from the day you notified us of your withdrawal.

The goods must be:

unused,

undamaged,

in the same quantity.

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Refund

We will refund all payments received to you no later than 14 days from the receipt of the notification of withdrawal.

The refund will be made using the same means of payment as was used for the purchase.

We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or received proof of return.

6. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

custom-made products or products made to the customer’s specific requirements,

personalized products,

products that show signs of use or assembly.
